1- Read messages without a blue tick.
Just by turning off Settings => Account => Privacy => Read receipts , you have the ability to prevent senders to know if you read the messages.
2- Mark messages as Unread
In 2015, WhatsApp announced a new feature to its Android app that allows users to mark messages as unread.
